Clean, instinctual design is what I strive for. I want learners to focus on the content, not trying to figure out how to work the module. Learner success is always my top priority.

My background includes video production and script writing, so I used those skills to create a relatable scenario to help learners understand the content easily.

Sales reps were able to improve customer satisfaction and more effectively address customer needs, ultimately leading to more successful patient outcomes.
