I completely reimagined a set of 46 outdated, confusing sales training modules by rebuilding them from the ground up with clear storytelling, cohesive branding, and real-world scenarios, transforming a frustrating learner experience into one that was engaging, intuitive, and genuinely enjoyable.

The department’s existing eLearning modules needed a cohesive redesign. The content was visually inconsistent, confusing to navigate, and structurally unreliable, creating frustration for learners and slowing down training efficiency.

Instead of patching a tangled build, I rebuilt the entire experience from scratch—designing a clean, cohesive visual style and restructuring the training for clarity and flow. I shifted the tone to speak to learners as capable professionals, and I integrated real-world scenarios and a relatable narrative voice that made the material intuitive and engaging.

I also created new interactive reinforcement simulations that made practice hands-on, relevant, and fun.

The stakeholder loved the transformation so much she told leadership she wanted to work exclusively with me on future eLearning projects.

Learners completed the revamped modules more quickly, retained key information more effectively, and reported a dramatically improved learning experience. No bugs—just smooth navigation, clear storytelling, and training that finally felt built for them.
