Job Aid, Interactive Glossary

Sales reps in the med tech industry work closely with physicians, health care workers, and clinicians. Being able to understand and properly use medical terms is key to helping them address customer needs. I built this interactive glossary for sales reps to have a handy, powerful tool right at their fingertips.

PROGRAMS USED
Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Envato, WellSaidLabs

I used Articulate Storyline to build the interactivity, WellSaidLabs to create audio for pronunciations, Envato elements to create clear visuals, and Articulate Rise to bring it all together.

I added visuals, definitions, examples, and pronunciation guides for each term. The department that requested this project works in a specific area of healthcare; I designed this to be easily customizable so other departments working in other healthcare areas could tailor it to their needs.

Sales reps reported feeling empowered, supported, and more confident in conversations with their customers once they had this tool available. The stakeholders were beyond pleased.

Multiple departments have requested their own copy, and we continue to get new requests for this glossary.
