I designed an interactive medical glossary to help non-clinical sales reps quickly grasp essential terminology through visuals, pronunciation guides, and real-world examples—boosting their confidence, credibility, and communication with healthcare professionals.

Sales representatives often struggled with medical terminology, leading to mispronunciations, misunderstanding of clinical language, and reduced confidence during conversations with healthcare professionals. They needed a way to quickly learn key terms without a medical background.

I created an interactive glossary that brought medical terminology to life through clear anatomical visuals, phonetic and audio pronunciation guides, and practical examples of each term in context. The stakeholder supplied the terminology; I transformed it into an intuitive, engaging job aid.

Originally built for one department, the glossary spread rapidly by word of mouth. Dozens of other teams requested customized versions tailored to their device lines and terminology. Because I built it for easy scalability, new teams could adapt it effortlessly. Nearly three years later, departments are still requesting their own versions of this glossary because of its clarity, usefulness, and impact.
