New hires needed clearer, more accessible training on proper inventory storage and handling. Confusion around procedures was leading to product loss, inefficiencies, and inconsistent execution across the team.

In just a few weeks, I designed, developed, and built a module that simplified complex guidelines into clean, learner-centered visuals and straightforward, actionable steps. By keeping the design focused and intuitive, the training highlighted what mattered most: how to manage inventory correctly, confidently, and consistently.

Stakeholders were impressed that the module delivered both clarity and quality on such a tight timeline. Product loss dropped significantly after rollout, and learners reported that the training made procedures easier to remember and apply in real situations.
