Interactive Presentation: EOY Department Showcase

I designed a playful, baking-themed interactive experience that turned year-end achievements into “bakes” with recipes, stats, and impact metrics, transforming an annual report into a delightful, memorable celebration of our team's accomplishments.

Year-end highlights were traditionally shared through text-heavy PowerPoints or emails that didn’t capture attention or convey the true impact of the team’s achievements. After the success of the previous year’s creative showcase, we needed a fresh idea that would keep the momentum going and continue elevating our team’s visibility.

I created a fully interactive parody of The Great British Baking Show, where each “bake” represented a collaborative project completed that year.

Learners could click into each bake to explore its “recipe,” revealing key stats, milestones, and highlights. I added playful “nutritional facts” to show the project’s impact through numbers, blending humor, storytelling, and clear data visualization.

The interactive showcase once again became a departmental favorite, earning enthusiastic praise from peers, global teams, and leadership across the organization. It reinforced our team’s creative identity, strengthened cross-department engagement, and proved that innovative storytelling can make performance results both meaningful and memorable. And in true Bake Off spirit, everyone was a winner.
