I transformed a basic sales model overview into a story-driven, animated eLearning experience that made the model intuitive, memorable, and easy to apply. It was so effective that other departments quickly asked for it too.

A new sales model was being introduced, but the existing overview wasn’t enabling salespeople to understand and apply it. They needed a clearer, more engaging way to teach the model so reps could implement it seamlessly in real conversations.

I designed an interactive eLearning module that walked learners through each phase of the sales model and paired it with an original animated video about buying a new car. This narrative put learners in the customer’s shoes, making the philosophy behind the model practical, relatable, and easy to visualize.

Each section blended interaction with a short (30–60 second) video to reinforce understanding and tie the concepts together.

The stakeholder was thrilled with both the clarity and creativity of the final module. The training was so effective within the initial department that other teams requested access for their own salespeople—turning the module into a cross-department favorite and a model for future training experiences.
